Asian prawn noodle soup

Kirsti Alnes sure, I make a soup out of chicken bone broth, sesame oil, soy sauce and a dash of sake. Sorry I never measure the amounts – bone broth is about 3/4 of a small pot and then a slosh of everything else. Throw shirataki noodles and whatever veggies you want – I usually put some Asian greens, maybe a small handful of snow peas. Bring it to the boil. Meanwhile cook prawns in sesame oil and ginger. Dish the soup and noodles up into a bowl, put the prawns on top, mix it all together 🙂

Miso salmon

Aurora Peters sure, it’s super easy! I get 2tbsp miso paste, 1 tbsp sake, 1 tbsp coconut aminos or soy sauce, 1 tbsp mirin and mix to form a marinade. The mirin in particular is sweet so I usually work it into my macros for the day. Marinate the salmon for 30-60 min then wrap it in foil or baking paper and bake until it’s cooked to how you like it. I like it pink in the middle so that’s about 15 min on 200 deg C for a 150-200g piece. 🙂
