- For the Crust: stek kjøttdeigen. Hvis kyllingkjøttdeig er usaltet, bruk 5 ml flaksalt pr 400 g kjøttdeig.
- In a bowl, mix chicken with 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese, spices, eggs and Parmesan cheese.
- Place the mixture on a non stick baking sheet, pizza stone or in greased tins and shape to your preference then broil on low for 15 minutes or until browned. For a crispier crust you can attempt to flip the crust and brown the other side.
- Remove crust from oven and spread Alfredo sauce evenly.
- Spread half of the mozzarella and all toppings and finish with remaining mozzarella.
- Bake in oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes or until cheese is brown and bubbly.
